Blue Frog is very quick to respond to requests for assistance. The staff are courteous and kind, and they try to accommodate renters’ needs as much as possible. All in all, Blue Frog is an excellent property management company / landlord. I have appreciated their courteous, respectful way of treating me as a tenant.

Always a professional and knowledgeable technician that comes out to repair what is needed and if they cannot fix the issue they get someone over right away to complete the task. Love BlueFrog; best leasing company...EVER!! Thank you!!

Vickie has been exceptionally helpful with several issues I have had. I appreciate the prompt help. Also, Tom from maintenance was very helpful when putting in a new stove for me. He was always in communication with me and let me know when he would be coming to work on it, and when i could expect the new stove. I appreciate that.
