As a tenant of a property managed by Blue Frog I had several issues that needed to be handled by my landlord. They had great communication. Excellent customer service in my opinion. I had to break my lease and they kept the same level of professionalism through out that process. I would definitely rent through them again.

I enjoyed my time while living in the Zimmerman Apartments in FDL. I really liked the downtown location and features of the apartment. Paying rent was very convenient, was all online.

The building has been vacuumed and kept very clean in general areas. Great job, very pleased.
