The refrigerator repair man that came to my apartment February 15, 2019 was very professional and explained what he was doing and left me a card if I had any other questions or concerns. His name was Jeremy Milhaupt.

They came to fix the frozen pipe, and it worked. We were able to use the kitchen sink again, and I appreciated it!

It's a nice place, when asked to do something it usually gets done that same day.. It's been more colder than usual, they fixed my thermostat, but with how much colder it's been I'm still getting cold but not as cold so I'm happy..
