BlueFrog has been very helpful in working with our clients to gain housing and better themselves. They are very quick to respond to any maintenance issue and are always ahead of the game if something is going on at their property that needs attention. My clients feel safe as tenants which is very important.

This is my second review on Bluefrog Property Management team. I gave them an excellent rating because I am extremely satisfied with their services. Financial reporting are up-to-date. Immediate response on maintenance issues. Rent collections are current. Our long distance relationship is never an issue. Email, text message, and phone call is our means of communication. They are fantastic.

I am happy with the apartment that I have. My storage space is the smallest but so is number 1 apartment. #3 apt space is monstrous but has basement leaks and I believe the previous tenants stuff still in it. #4 is perfect. Otherwise all is good. Thank you.

Everyone has been very nice and considerate. Our previous landlord before Blue Frog was never seen when addressing issues. When we let you know about problems it may take a little while for a response but always get a call back or a responce. You truly care about your tenants and we couldn't appreciate you guys more. It's been a blessing having you as property owners/landlord.
