It would be nice for notification if tenancy change. Email when tenant gives notice on when they are moving out. Also email when tenant is signed with money down and when they are moving in.

Very professional team; they look after our property and are responsive to our needs. Bluefrog has also taken good care of our renters' needs and have kept the property occupied.

If this was concerning the noise question, the answer of call the police is ok. I have not had to call the police since the noise has not been heard since that night. I do appreciate the response and the quality of your business.
