I think managers do best they can as fast as they can in order of importance. But some things could be better. We've had broken central door on one side of building since way before i was here. And basement needed cleaning on floors after flood a few wks ago. We don't Have to have a washing machine but we do ☺ but its broke and need new one for our building. The storage in basement could've been forewarned about leaky walls. But the apartment complex overall pretty good condition and for one bedroom its spacy enuf--for more than 1 person and a lot safer ("knock on wood") feeling than this place use to be (or so i hear from what it use to be) and even tho no "real play area" outside for kids its not really meant for a kid but can do the job. School and school park nearby and shopping/eating available all around here all in walking distances. The other thing i add tho is the snow removal in winter from end of last winter when i was here and from what neighbors say needs to be done much quicker in heavier snow falls so ppl can come and go especially those of us that need to get to work. 75-90% overall rating on being here and management and happiness 4 myself and lil guy here!!! (Management will --as I've only known once so far to do-- work with you if you work to their expectations the best they can!!!) Oh, also, maintenance tries to get to you if specific problem that you need asap and will work with you to be in your place if you'd rather be there -on your time!!! Thank you Bluefrog!!! Hopefully winter is better this year for all of us!!!
