Blue Frog worked with my room mates and I to get us into the property as soon as possible even with our crazy schedules! They have been more than accommodating and have assured that we are satisfied with the house we are renting.

Good property management, but still they cut a few corners. I had a light that was clearly never installed in my entryway due to a water line in the ceiling and it made the entryway completely dark at night. I had asked them if it were possible to put a light in, even if I purchase it and pay for labor and then leave it there when I move just because I wanted a light there that badly. Instead, the solution was to replace the tile with a hole in it for a light with a new one and unwire the switch from the wall so it would no longer flip the breakers. Hallway still completely black at night and you have to use a flashlight to get anything from the closet. Overall though, Platten Place is a beautiful building and a quiet yet fun place to live.

My only complaint is the unreliable and not professional snow removal. I have had to clear my own parking space every time it snows, and the sidewalks are an icy death trap moat of the winter.

I had placed a maintenance request via online to Blue Frog. Early the next morning, after placing the request, it became necessary to escalate my request. The problem was now serious. My maintenance young man was at my apartment within twenty minutes. He immediately accessed the problem and began work. A part was necessary so he left to get the part. He wasn’t even gone for thirty minutes. He fixed the problem professionally and very quickly. I was so relieved and very pleased. Because of his urgency a major, bigger disaster was avoided. Thank you Blue Frog for your quick attention to my problem.

Had clogged sink for the 3rd or 4th time this year. I was here when tech came and he was polite and very helpful. If this happens again, I think it has to be the blades on the garbage disposal that are not grinding the refuse enough and clogging the sink.
