I am finding most everything to my liking especially the help that has been offered on several occasions by Sherry when a problem arose. I do have a serious issue with people up above me in Apt #14 who have noises being made from 3 in the morning until dawn. Hopefully this will be addressed soon. Sherry has spoke with them but to no avail.

Blue Frog is honestly one of the best properties I have rented from. We have enough living space to accommodate our busy family and a fenced in back yard for the little ones, the cost of rent is reasonable as well. Although we have not meet the landlord/property manager(s), communication and paying rent is always easy. We have meet our maintenance man....more then once with a house full of boys...and he is always fast and efficient.

My garage door broke and my furnace died on the same day. Blue Frog had service techs at the house the following day. Within 2 weeks (took longer because door and furnace needed to be ordered), both were replaced. There was no hesitation from Blue Frog on getting the items replaced promptly. Thank you!

I was very happy with the quick response to the issue with the refrigerator. The unit was replaced the same day.
