i have appreciated the responsivness of the staff.

I rented this apartment, sight unseen, because i was moving from out of state. I was not disappointed. The pictures taken were a very good representation of the apartment i rented. Manager was very helpful

They did what they were supposed to do in a prompt and courteous manner

Anytime you send them an issue about something that needs repair, it is normally taken care of within a few days. Also, I really like having an on-site “manager” who can, and will, do all she can to take of issues immediately, if possible.

I put in a request to see what was wrong with the stove at my apartment and they arrived promptly and remedied the problem.

Problem was that my sink was clogged. The first attempt made to clear the clog was not successful, so he had to come back and that cleared the clog. The work was fine and he was very pleasant, only problem was it took a week before he was able to come back so I couldn't use the sink. I realize that others may have bigger problems then I had and there are only so many hours in a day. All is working fine now

Nice apartments, all here are 2 bedroom. Bedrooms are good sized. Nice bathrooms.
