For the amount I pay, the age of the building, and the location, I'm pretty happy with this apartment. I love the size of the apartment. The kitchen appliances are not terrible, they could have gotten a better check up before I moved in, but other than that they get the job done. Once new coat of paint finally dried it stopped smelling. For me, the place works, and that's what matters.
