Getting the apartment and moving in was pretty painless process.

The apartment is good and any questions I had were answered I a timely fashion. My only reason for not bring it to a 5 star is there is some sealing issues with a song of the windows

Moving in was mostly painless, more getting familiar with the property than anything. Office staff was very helpful and comunicted with us promply

New paint and new flooring were done, which we appreciate, and it was pretty clean. However, the move in follow-up visit did not have any indication as to what was done, or if the items would be done. Someone was here, but the ceiling still has a spot needing paint, and we don't know what is happening with the windows. When we moved in there was a pile of sandbox sand in the yard and a pile of branches from a very hurried trimming that we need to clean up, and paint splatters all over the floors that we needed to scrub off. The garbage bin from the city is damaged, and we are trying to work with them to get one without a large hole in the side. Everything else has been very good, and we do love our new home! Also, the people in the office and the maintenance person we have met have been wonderful to work with.
