Was great quick service for a Sunday. But had to call heating repair company 2 days later to get an update as to when our part came in for the heater...as we had no heat at the time and we had not heard from them. She thanked me for calling and the repairman was here the next day to install the part and the heater was fixed.

My wife and I are satisfied with the new maintenance man Nathan. He is very professional and has done a good job. We would like to see the fence in the backyard repaired. I had to buy my own 2 by 4s several months ago to keep it propped up so that it doesnt fall down. Thank you.

One time I was having a problem with my garage disposal. I sent an email through their site and was able to attach photos to it. I got a call from the repair man the following morning and he think he knew what the problem was and I let him go in my apartment to fix the disposal. When he was done he responded to my email and listed everything he did, and even mentioned that things got a little wet. I really appreciated the communication and he was able to fix my problem. I'm very happy with these guys right now. Keep it up!
