Blue frog is the best management company to take over our apartment units. They have cleaned up the areas outside each of the units. It looks very nice. Anytime I have called for a maintenance they have been very quick to address my problem professionally and within twenty four hours. They are always accessible to the tenants. I love that we can now pay our rent on line! Thank you Blue frog for your attention to your tenants!

Has generally done well with issues that arise.

There was an issue with our air conditioner. The gentleman and came to repair it arrived within 3 hours of my maintenance request. He had the issue fixed right away.

Very easy process for the application and move in. Blue Frog does an excellent job of providing everything online, which makes the application, background check, and lease signing much easier. So far very pleased!

Overall, good experience. An area of improvement would be to a better response time to e-mail requests & phone calls. Additionally, increased communication on what to expect & what the next steps are during application process would've been helpful. I have recommended others who are looking for a place to rent to check out your website for openings that may fulfill their search in finding a place to rent.

I love the place and your maintance guys tackle any concerns in a timely manor. It's a breath of fresh air compared to other places I have lived.

First time renting and I absolutely love the place. The area is nice and quite, most of the neighbors are very nice. Landlords are very easy to get a hold of as well if we have any issues. Love that there is a 24 hour emergency line as well so you can address any issues right away. I have only been in my place for a short time but I can definitely see myself staying longer than a year here for sure!
