I absolutely love the property and blue frog is easy to work with. However, I am not a fan of all of the ants that keep showing up in the kitchen. Nothing has been spilt and we are very clear, but we just cannot seem to get rid of them.

I love living here.Blue Frog is my 4th landlord since I moved here and you guys are probably the best. Super fast on my repair requests and easy to talk to when there is a problem. I hope to be living here for many years to come...Also the area is super clean at all times.

Excellent service. Had a faulty water heater in my house and it was looked into the same day and replaced the very next day.

So far everything is going great. We have only been in our house about 1 month. Everyone that I have spoken with has been very polite. They also get back to you in a timely manner when you call about something.

Very responsive and professionally run company. Amazing online tenant portal to pay rent, submit maintenance, etc. This is my first experience with the company and highly reccommend them.

So far, everything has been great. I've been living in my apt for about a month now. It was clean, and exactly as advertised. I moved from another state and everything was done online, so I was a bit worried since it was the first time I'd done that and my move was a big one, coming from 1,000 miles away. But they made everything easy, and it's very affordable. I wish the laundry was a tiny bit cheaper - they have units in the basement that are $1 each machine each load - but that's the company that supplies the units, not the complex. And I do miss my dishwasher, but I've lived other places without one before. Overall, it's GREAT for the price, and they're really helpful to get started. Haven't had an occasion to ask for maintenance yet, so can't say anything one way or another on that subject, other than I haven't had a need for any maintenance, so that's good.

Everyone with the company is very friendly and helpful. If there are any problems, they are resolved quickly. I am very happy.
