Would give a 5 star, but hard to get ahold of anybody at bluefrog about a tenant living upstairs from me completely ruining the living room wall and ceiling into my apartment because of having an air conditioner running since last summer of 2023. He let's the water run on to his floor above us and it's starting to get bad in our apartment lower level. The last property management Shoreline was notified about this and told him to stop running the air conditioner. He never has. Shoreline also had to run 6 people living upstairs with him that were not suppose to be, off. Because I reported it because of all the problems. Now he thinks because it's being managed by another and not Shoreline anymore, he's moved people back in with him. I would like to be contacted and speak to bluefrog about all this, but it's hard to get ahold of anybody.

very fast and accurate attention to detail. He arrived on time, explained what was happening and followed through with it. Left the work area cleaner than he found it which was a pleasant surprise. Blue Frog Property Management came through within 2 days of my request while the previous management company did nothing during the 6 months of my repeated calls and emails. Great job. Zebra did a very good job assisting and taking my roommate and I through the innovation process. She was very professional and patient also. Please continue to do a good job in assisting us tenants and taking good up keep in maintenance and repairs in and out of our living areas. Thank you! - Jose Leon.

The move in went smoothly other than sofa would not fit through door no matter what we tried On an another note I was disappointed with job done on side walk after the large snow fall. Luckily no one slipped and fell on ice and snow that was left on side walk

My son is actually the one renting the townhouse, It is a beautiful townhouse, Moving in went well. anything else you need to check with him.

From beginning; contact with BluefrogPM to the end, move-in day, the Staff are very friendly and super helpful, definitely 5 Star.
