Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The facility was comfortable and organized, seemed technologically up to date, and was even incidentally decorated in coordinated shades of my favorite color. The only slight flaw in the experience was I would have liked to get the procedure on the schedule sooner. The procedure was scheduled for 8 weeks out from my initial appointment. That may well be expected timing. Sooner was merely my preference.

Getting my appointment was easy and fast. I had been dealing with my wisdom tooth pain for a while and after my consultation, they got me in to get them removed about 3 weeks later! The staff at the front and the staff doing my surgery were so sweet and made me feel less anxious. Very thankful I came to this place! Thank you all a thousand times!

Shellie, the implant coordinator was very friendly and explained the scan procedure and its importance in the process of the implant procedure, as well as giving me preparations instructions I will need to follow leading up to the day of the procedure. Very friendly, but also professional.

Probably one of the most mercenary businesses I’ve ever had the unpleasurable experience to deal with. They had no idea I was getting a bone graft so one of the front people had to call my dentist whom had sent that information earlier, then later got to trot back while I was laid back in the chair and have me sign my credit card charges of $914 for the bone graft. Now today I get a bill for 50 some dollars even though it states the bone graft was $840 and everything else billed through Medicare and Delta dental. It seems what they call a consultation that was less than two or three minutes right before I was given the Novacaine is billed at nearly $500 which of course insurance doesn’t cover all.. let me say that everyone that I had to deal with including the accounts payable person has been very nice and pleasant to talk to. That doesn’t excuse exorbitant billing. Just another reason why inflation is completely out of control and everyone feels they have to make a killing if they are charging for a service.
