We needed storage while renovating our townhouse after moving to Lake Norman. The managers were wonderful, warm and extremely helpful. We emptied our storage unit and left the door open and as soon as we got home we received a call asking if all was okay! I was so impressed they found the until open and empty before I had a chance to email them that we were closing our account. Wonderful service and spotlessly clean location.

Jennifer, especially, and Erica and one other lady were all very, very professional and accommodating when I needed to make changes. I only have wonderful things to say about them and the entire facility. It is clean and easily accessible for me, as I only live about 2 miles away. So it is definitely a win-win. Thank you very much.
