I made a reservation on-line. I was also able to sign documents on-line. When I went to the office, Theresa was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I moved a pick-up truck load today and the facility is clean, new and they have both climate-controlled and without, and also an open parking lot for boats, trailers, RVs, etc. I recommend !
