Service is good. Excellent technicians. However, the 2 people who you had to interact with at the counter are crude. They don’t have the patience to deal with customers.

Every time we come for service, they always want us to do $2K of service. That seems a bit over the top. We also didn't have a "check system" notification until we had an oil change and picked up the finished car. Very disappointed.
