Despite a bit of difficulty getting to someone as my car was being towed to you late on a Friday, once your software specialist was there on Monday, the software reset went very well and the car was ready and folly back to normal Monday afternoon.

This was a follow up from a previous repair. The work was done very quickly while I waited and there was no charge.

Overall it was a pleasant and straightforward process. It took me less than 15 mins to get my car in, confirm the service details and out with a loaner.The only reason I gave 4 stars is that my car supposed to be vacuum cleaned and washed but they did a shabby job at the cleaning and carwash.

The communication was very disjointed. I did not hear anything that day that my car arrived there and when I called for an update, I was told that the tech went home for the day. Then I was able to get a quote from someone else for $1700. The next day when I called someone else gave me a quote for over $1000 more and then after I pushed back, they said they would match that I was given. I will not be taking my car back here and we’ll go to a different BMW in the future for service.
