Everything was fine

The service was completed successfully. However, I reported a squeaking noise when turning, and the service technician couldn't find the cause and didn't hear it during the test drive. When I picked up the car, I drove it with the person who delivered it to me and heard the squeaking noise firsthand...This fault was repaired in April, and the problem returned :(

To the point, nice and pleasant

The warranty repair was completed after the defective part was verified during the inspection. I'm pleased that the staff not only repaired the faults based on reports but also recognized the need for repairs even without my request. This approach ensures that in the future, if I plan to buy a car, I will contact Inchcape BMW Swadzim first. The consultant, Mr. S?awomir Wolny, also deserves praise for his professional service.

To moja kolejna wizyta u Państwa i kolejny raz spotkałem się z pewnym profesjonalizmem i rzetelnością. Opieka i doradztwo w wydaniu doradcy serwisowego BMW Inchcape, pana Krzysztofa była godna pochwały. Z przyjemnością odwiedzę Państwa ponownie w razie potrzeby.

Akcja serwisowa zrobiona ok. Natomiast zgłosiłem skrzypienie podczas skręcania i serwisant nie znalazl przyczyny i nie slyszal niby podczas jazdy testowej. Przy odbiorze auta zrobiłem jazdę z Panem ktory wydawał mi auto i usłyszał na własne uszy skrzypienie...Naprawa tej usterki byla robiona w kwietniu i problem wrocil :(
