Once again, I'm receiving dirty rims. It's true that I didn't want my car washed, but I should have invested in a wheel washer. This doesn't reflect well on the brand. I compared it to a Lexus service center (my previous car), and they delivered top-notch service every time. It's a shame, because I'm delighted with the car itself.
