The service is absolutely top-notch, and every visit confirms this. From the very beginning�making an appointment, to the efficient check-in, and finally, to the incredibly kind advisor. You're second to none, keep it up!

Customer service is abysmal. No confirmation of the appointment, then no information regarding the motorcycle pickup (I called 2-3 days before the date indicated on the form), a month-long wait to see the motorcycle, and another month to receive the invoice. Not to mention that I wasn't informed about the scope of the service. I only learned from the driver/mechanic that everything was fine with the motorcycle and only basic maintenance had been performed.

Obsługa klienta w fatalnej kondycji, zero potwierdzenia umówienia wizyty, następnie zero informacji odnośnie odbioru motocykla (sam dzwoniłem 2-3 dni przed zaznaczoną data w formularzu), miesiąc oczekiwania na odwiedzenie motocykla, i następnie miesiąc na otrzymanie faktury. Nie wspomnę już że nie zostałem poinformowany o zakresie serwisu, dopiero dowiedziałem się od kierowcy/mechanika ze z motocyklem wszystko w porządku i został wykonany tylko podstawowy serwis.

Wszystko super . Tylko czas oczekiwania ponad 3 h nna wymianę oleju to zdecydowanie za długo.

Lack of effective repair is not the fault of the service center

Everything is top-notch. Service is A+. I highly recommend them and won't be looking at the competition again. Only Inchcape Pozna?!
