First, I was called for the third time for a "service event, CPU replacement." The two previous service appointments, despite the car being provided, were canceled due to BMW's fault. During the last attempt, I wasn't provided with a replacement car, which wasn't necessary if, as my husband had emphasized when making the appointment, I would pick up the car by 3 p.m. Just before 3 p.m., I called the service center because no one had contacted me and was told the car wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour. The situation was complicated because I had no way to get home without the car. Unfortunately, I managed to resolve the issue by making arrangements with the service center to pick it up the next day. My husband picked up the car at 7 a.m., and to my surprise, the car wasn't washed. The service center employee said the previous day that my husband had requested this when he left the car at the service center. NO! My husband indicated that if washing the car would prevent it from being released by 3 p.m., then please don't wash it. The more important thing at that point was to get the car released the previous day. To sum up, the car delivery deadline was not met and the car was not washed - hence my satisfaction rating of 3.

If I lived closer to Wroc?aw, that's the only place I'd go. In Pozna?, I have the impression that they approach problems by trial and error. In Wroc?aw, they diagnose and repair. However, recently in Pozna?, they fixed the problem 100%, without any corrections, so it is what it is. Regards.

After dropping off the car for a new engine cover and paint job, I was assured a turnaround time of no longer than 4-5 business days. The first attempt to return the car after the repair took almost 3 weeks. I didn't pick it up because the parts didn't fit (made one by one without a professional approach). After politely intervening, I was told that these parts had been sent from the factory � a joke. After a few more days, the car was restored to a satisfactory condition for pickup. There was no contact with the service advisor or constant petty lies and deception. Ultimately, the blame for the bungled mess was passed around. Four people were passing the buck between them to resolve the matter with me. I don't know how or in what form I'll discuss this, but I won't keep my experience to myself. I'm embarrassed by the attitude of Kamil Jachymczak � the person I initially contacted about the repair. After attempting to pick up the car three times, and the third attempt, let's say, was successful (I say three attempts because Kamil Jachymczak informed me along the way that the car was ready, I took off work again and wasted time and money for nothing. When I arrived at the dealership, Kamil wasn't there and I received a text message from him saying that a friend would give me the car. After an hour of waiting outside the dealership and trying to contact him, I gave up). I don't understand how anyone can employ such incompetent and tactless employees in direct customer contact. What a waste of time.
