I was very pleased with my visit to BMW Motorrad. The customer service was excellent, as was the advice I received in selecting a motorcycle, as well as the equipment and accessories. When I entered the dealership, I didn't intend to buy a motorcycle, but after a short conversation, I decided to sell my old bike and buy a new one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

The car is great, but if the service center calls me again and wants to put a safety foil on my car despite me repeatedly saying I'm not interested, next time I'll either change the dealership or the car brand just for that reason :).

Jestem zadowolony jednak proponowana na wstępie centa była wyższa prawie o 1500 niż w innych ASO. Całe szczęście możliwe były negocjacje. Co do pozostałych rzeczy nie mam żadnych zarzutów. Rozważyłbym jeszcze na Państwa miejscu opcje d2d - ma ją Liberty. I jedna ogromną prośba z mojej strony. Państwa toalety są zazwyczaj bardzo czyste i dobrze utrzymane ale przebieranie się w nich jest mało komfortowe. Pomyślał bym nad jakimś dedykowanym pomieszczeniem, lub doposażeniem w jakaś wykładzinę tej dla niepełnosprawnych.

We returned the car and the repair was supposed to take a few hours, but it took 3 days upon pickup, chaos, someone else got our keys, etc.

I like the BMW brand, but my last visit was strange. For the first time, the people who served me (it was my first time meeting each of them, even though I'd been to the branch 20+ times), the reception, service, and sales departments, were rude, and I felt like I was bothering them. The situation was somewhat improved by the ever-smiling, friendly, and helpful receptionist at the entrance (a brunette with longer hair).
