The recall was reported at the turn of October and November. The recall concerned the replacement of an airbag in a BMW X1. I waited a very long time for any information regarding the recall. When I went to the service center and spoke with a sales representative, he said they were waiting for the "screws" (which was February). The representative said he would get back to me, which he didn't. Only when I visited the service center in March to request a cancellation of the recall because I would have it done at another dealership, did they find the airbag and screws, and they immediately wanted to replace them. The dealership I'm referring to above is BMW Inchcape Warsaw, Al. Prymasa Tysi?clecia 64. I've owned BMW cars for a very long time, as has my entire immediate family. I've had service recalls performed at Bawaria Motors Warsaw � Czerniakowska 47, and I was satisfied with them. However, the approach at BMW Inchcape leaves much to be desired, in my opinion. To sum up, if I have any service campaigns on my cars I will definitely not go to BMW Inchcape.

The car was professionally repaired, but the windshield cap is missing (it wasn't installed and there's an empty hole - the plastics are loose). There are remnants of glue from the old windshield that were cut out.
