BMW Service found the fault and performed their duties admirably. However, the quality of this car is appalling. The plastic, cheap armrests in the side doors. The system freezes, tablets die while driving � a disaster. These are our last cars of this brand.Our second car, a BMW 2 Activ Tourer 220d, is the opposite of the X3 G45. The interior is much better made, with more soft materials, but there are persistent problems with Bluetooth and connecting the car to your iPhone.But
