Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and directed to the service center. Arkadiusz, a very nice and polite man, took care of my car. Everything went according to plan. I picked up my car clean. I'm very pleased with the service.

The oil change was performed sloppily, covering the engine completely. After the oil change, the engine was completely covered in oil. The crankcase breather wasn't cleaned either. The standard of service provided was definitely below what you'd expect from an authorized BMW dealership.
