Before the appointment, I asked for the EGR cooler to be checked for proper installation. When I learned how much it would cost, I declined. However, the mechanic was overzealous and checked anyway... why????I was informed that it was faulty and would be replaced under warranty. I agreed. After 20 minutes, I was informed that it wasn't the EGR cooler, but the connector, and the replacement cost was 2500 PLN. I declined the replacement.I asked for details of the repair. There was a coolant leak before the appointment, but it's fine now. I went to a mechanic friend, and the connector is fine. However, the service center claims it's leaking�total nonsense.
