I got the BMW by accident. It was a service recall and I waited a very long time for parts. That's a downside. Service is very good. Parking is small. Parking is next to impossible.

During the visit, it turned out I had a slight leak in the differential and driveshaft. Since the entire differential was being replaced under warranty, the employee was supposed to check whether the driveshaft seal replacement would be covered by the warranty for the replaced differential. Of course, no one called me, and my attempt to contact them two weeks later ended with the person I wanted to speak to saying they wouldn't call me back. Of course, I never received a call.
