I didn't get in touch with the sales representative on the day of the service. He informed me that due to a breakdown, payment by cash or card wasn't possible. The sales representative promised to send an invoice via email immediately. I also wanted a paint protection coating service, which was supposed to be priced and sent to me by the sales representative. This also wasn't fulfilled. After two calls to your hotline, after about two weeks of asking, I received an invoice from a different person. Regarding the service, everything was fine. The issue of not being able to contact the sales representative (he doesn't answer the phone or respond to messages) happened to me twice. The first time was after I purchased a car from your dealership. The sales representative didn't answer the phone or respond to messages because he didn't fulfill one of the terms of the contract (sending a video of the agreed-upon service), deceiving me before the purchase by saying it would be delivered the next day.
