Another service after 3 weeks (BMW called for starter replacement) - I didn't receive any documentation confirming the service was performed on my vehicle with a specific VIN. However, on November 3rd, during an oil change, during a visual inspection of the vehicle's technical condition on November 17th, 2025, you (I have the recording) found cracked front shock absorber boots. On December 27th, the recording showed the car without any complaints. On January 20th, the front left/right vertical control arms were cracked. Damage was in the same area of ??the wheel arch. The recordings, which were very cleverly made, don't combine the damaged areas. Every complaint I make (concerning my vehicle) is played upon (customer-discriminating) - a few months ago, verbally, there was a leak from the cooling block of the air conditioning system. No confirmation of the leak was found in the last four inspections. Recently, I went to pick up my vehicle and entered the covered parking lot and then the parking lot behind the barrier. I stood in the middle of the lot and didn't approach any vehicles, keeping a close eye on my vehicle. I was treated like a thief by your employee. That's how employees who have something to hide behave. I won't recommend you to anyone. I only come to you because it's on my way.

Good morning.I've been an Inchcape customer for about 10 years. I bought a 530i and a 730D, which I'm currently servicing, there.I went to the service center for a diagnostic on my check engine light. It turned out the nitrogen oxide sensor needed to be replaced. In a phone call after the service visit, they offered a price of PLN 3,743. After asking about a possible "regular customer" discount on the sensor and its replacement, I received a 10% offer. Then, in an email from the service center, ?ukasz Grodkowski informed me that PLN 3,743 "is already the price after special discounts."I feel cheated because the price of PLN 3,743 does not include any discounts! Other BMW service centers charge similar prices for sensor replacement: Bawaria PLN 3,720, AutoFus PLN 3,800, Hypertech PLN 3,700.It would be better if Mr. ?ukasz Grodkowski wrote that he couldn't give me a discount than to lie about applying a "special discount." I feel cheated and disrespected by this.Krzysztof Szafranko
