Dynamic, good car. Service visit without any problems.

I'm satisfied with my visit to the BMW service center. The entire process was professional and efficient � ??all parts were replaced as agreed, and the quality of the service was impeccable. The customer service was also a big plus � I received a text message with a video of the safety inspection, which is great and provides a sense of transparency.The only downside was the length of the service. The scheduled repair was supposed to take 4-5 hours, but it ended up extending into the next day. Despite this minor inconvenience, I rate the visit very positively overall and will definitely use the service center again.

It went quite smoothly, although I didn't understand why changing the brake fluid should take 2 hours (it's a simple task); in the end it took less time.

The entire purchasing process was handled very professionally. From consulting, through care at every stage of the process, to the delivery of the car itself. This is my third purchase, and I always come back to you because everyone I meet demonstrates a very high level of personal culture, professionalism, and a genuine sense of well-being.
