Not even vacuuming the car after service is a bummer... like the showroom and service center, like the BMW Excellence Club. DISGRACE!

As a long-time Audi and Mercedes-Benz owner, switching to a BMW 5 G60 was a huge disappointment. The sales process conducted by the salesperson at the Inchcape dealership was very high-quality, but the treatment I received from Mr. Kwiatek, the service manager, left much to be desired. The very first day after picking up the car, I reported vibrations while driving. After scheduling a test drive with the service manager, I arrived at the dealership and took a test drive. The service center determined that two or three of the four tires were worn. These were Goodyear all-season tires. They recommended replacing them with four new BMW-approved tires. I should add that the car I bought had only driven 24,000 kilometers. However, the previous service manager informed me that this was not possible and that I would have to return the tires to Goodyear. He assured me not to worry, as BMW buys millions of tires a year and there would be no problem. After a week, however, he changed his mind and said they would swap tires and wheels from another vehicle with similar mileage. The car the wheels were supposed to come from, however, had scratched rims, unlike mine. Ultimately, they decided to remove two tires from one car and two more from another vehicle.During the replacement, they missed the securing bolt on the left rear wheel, leaving me with five standard bolts. Of course, no one at the service center knew anything about this. After the tire replacement, the vibrations partially subsided, but they were still noticeable at speeds of 100 to 150 kilometers per hour. A used BMW should undergo over a hundred inspection points to ensure the customer is buying a thoroughly inspected and perfectly running car. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case in my case. When Mr. Kwiatek took me for a drive, he said he didn't feel any vibrations and that this particular model was just like that. At my request, we replaced the wheels with ones from a demo vehicle I had previously driven to rule out the vibrations coming from the tires. The vibrations, however, persisted, and Mr. Kwiatek merely stated that they were much better. The question arises: much better compared to what, since he initially claimed he felt no vibrations. Finally, I was told that if there was such a difference of opinion between BMW Inchcape and me, they would stick to their position and the matter was closed. With that, he turned around and disappeared into the service area. The matter was beyond any criticism.Only after my decisive conversation with the new manager of the used car department did things slowly begin to change. Initially, the car was supposed to be sent to the BMW Bo?kowscy dealership for an additional inspection. Ultimately, however, the service manager went with me for a test drive and actually felt the vibrations I'd been reporting from the very beginning. It turned out to be a faulty hub in a car with only 24,000 kilometers on the clock.Does the car drive perfectly now? Of course not. After three or four days, the vibrations returned. They're not as intense as before, but they're still noticeable. Frankly, I don't feel like going back to BMW Inchcape and fighting for my rights again. I'm counting down the months until my lease ends and returning to Mercedes-Benz.

The service visit went very smoothly and successfully. The service advisor, Mr. Damian Wawrzyniak, demonstrated extensive service knowledge and everything went smoothly.

The service staff's dismissive attitude. They're completely clueless about the inspection notes. Seriously, the guy reads the description in front of me and says he doesn't know what the author means because it's written strangely...?!?I asked for a quote and was assured that the technician who worked on my car would be there tomorrow and call me.There was never a phone call.Overall, when I bought my first car from Inchcape in 2016, and now, I'm sad to say, the quality has dropped significantly. The employees are sloppily dressed, rumpled, reclining behind their desks, and not very interested in any communication :-/Unfortunately, I don't want to go back. It's a shame...
