I'm delighted with the level and comprehensiveness of the service. The car was brought in for a free service, and I received a report on its condition, which was a very positive surprise. The gentleman who served me was very polite � the car was returned to me on time and washed, which was also a plus.

I own two BMW X1 and X5 vehicles, and so far I'm very pleased with the service provided by BMW Inchcape Wroc?aw. I'd like to commend Mr. Marcin Sad?o's attitude, helpfulness, and commitment in handling my X5's post-collision issues. Furthermore, during this collision, I tested BMW Warsaw's roadside assistance system... because my PZU insurer left me "in the lurch" on a "hands-on" basis. The entire process, from assistance, replacement car, to repair, was exemplary�and that's appreciated... I'll be reselling my X1 soon and will definitely be returning to Inchcape Wroc?aw for a new BMW. Best regards.
