Was dissapointed that the service center did not verify my prior oil change date (that was extremely past due) during my first service when I bought new tires and completely made me miss my oil change date by a long shot! Finally the service center said "your oil change sensor was off" that should not matter as they should verify the mileage and the fact that this car was purchased through Kendall!

The Service Manager at Kendall Auto of Bend was exceptional in giving the service we as customers would like to have, but yet it's somehow missed in one way, or another. This is the first time I've been able to say it was my pleasure to meet such a well established and managed team, working towards the goals of making the whole experience a more than exceptional one. From listening, to caring. Every step was carried out with individual and personal care by the service manager. He was able to make this a lasting impression of positive results from buying my vehicle. Thank you for the time you gave me from start to finish.

I actually look forward to going to get my car serviced. Service is thorough, quick, efficient, staff is super-solicitous and warm and there is coffee, fruit and cookies while you wait. Couldn't be better.

My new BMW i3 is a sly fox - quiet on the prowl and slippery fast on the pounce. A newcomer to electic cars, I was treated at BMW to a detailed analysis of the safety, unique construction and green economy of the i3 by Chris Root - he made the whole transaction pleasurable.
