BMW of Bend at Kendall did an awesome job servicing my car! Ryan who is the service manager for BMW is always so pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is the best I have ever seen - stocked with all kinds of treats and drinks and a big screen TV. And comfy chairs. Waiting was like being in my own living room.

The salesman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and buttoned up. We ordered an X3 that needed to be built and he kept us posted on the progress along the way. When we picked up our new car, he spent a lot of time explaining all of the technology and has made himself totally available for ongoing questions. Great experience!

The salesperson was excellant; I was happy with the transaction, and have good experiences with this dealership with my other cars before buying this one. My only complaint is not with the dealership, but with the manufacturer, and that is with their navigation system update. There has been an update to the software sometime before I took delivery on the car, and I must buy the upgrade if I want it. However, I don't know what the update includes. The version in my car does not have some local streets (including mine) that are over two years old, though they are on Google Maps and Apple maps.

I have had a great experience with BMW of Bend. The service manager explained everything that was being done. He also discussed a plan to assess a concern I'm having with my AC. I really appreciate the work done.
