Service was great but surprised that after 10,000 miles on a X1 a wheel alignment is necessary. If the design of the vehicle requires a wheel alignment every 10,000 miles, it is not a good design. I did not have that problem with my X3. Had I known, I would have considered another vehicle.

Good service, friendly staff, clean facility, prompt repairs
Service was great but surprised that after 10,000 miles on a X1 a wheel alignment is necessary. If the design of the vehicle requires a wheel alignment every 10,000 miles, it is not a good design. I did not have that problem with my X3. Had I known, I would have considered another vehicle.
