My car was finished when expected. The waiting lounge was warm and comfortable on a cold & snowy day. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

We could not be more pleased with BMW of Bend. We shopped 3-4 different BMW dealerships in the Pacific NW before buying at Kendall. It literally redefined my vantage point of the typical painful experience of negotiating with a car dealer. The communication from soup to nuts was absolutely stellar (and this was a three month process since we ordered our car). When an error was made with the pricing calculation, their ethics and salesmanship shined the brightest - they honored a previous price that much to my favor. When I had about 20 questions about the purchase over 20 days, they answered each and every one of my answers swiftly and with great detail. I am tough customer who usually scrutinizes every last stage of the process. I can say with great honesty that there is NOTHING Kendall could have done better. An absolute five star experience with both Trevor and Chris. They've without question earned my future business.
