Used night drop to service vehicle for state inspection. Spoke with Rich the next morning & he was able to add an oil/filter change. Jeff texted regular updates and provided quotes on additional services that were recommended. Vehicle was finished and ready for pick up before requested time. I checked out, but before departing, had a great interaction with E. J. in sales. He took all the time necessary to answer any questions regarding EV and Hybrid models.
