Scot who handled the car was great in person and on the phone. He explained everything clearly and responded to my phone calls in a timely fashion. But other people that I talked with on the phone or in person were short and one time almost surly. Example: When dropping off the car there were three people doing paperwork in front of me and another person waiting in line. We waited at least ten minutes before someone even made eye contact. It was kind of weird. The big fix was a headlight. Dropped the car off January 6 car was not finished until January 18. There was an issue with the first headlight that was installed but no offer for a complimentary car or discount.
