Cassie was excellent. The process was smooth and easy to follow.My one complaint is I was made to understand the i4 had semi autonomous highway driving and radar guided cruise control with the premium package. It does not. That is disappointing as I spent the extra funds for that feature, and also my 2019 Toyota has at least the radar guided cruise control so it's surprising a luxury car wouldn't.Still, let me be 100% clear, Cassie was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family in Midlothian and the surrounding area.
