Initially I was disappointed as no one even said “Someone will be right with you” Many of the service reps seemed to be engaged with their computers and one even was visibly irritated even when he looked at me waiting. Ultimately when Dan took care of me the visit improved dramatically

Although we had to wait several weeks before getting our new car, it was worth the wait. Jerry kept us well informed of progress and he was a pleasure to work with as he is very personable and yet professional. He is probably the only reason we waited instead of going somewhere else.

Tim was very helpful and seemed genuine while making sure my vehicle was taken care of. His attention was refreshing compared to my experience with other dealerships who have service personnel who rarely even speak or show genuine concern for my needs

I had a medical appointment recently, and on the same day I happen to be within minutes away from the BMW Midlothian location. I went inside approximately around 3:30pm on Oct 14 to see whether they would take me in to complete a state inspection. The results? They were able to complete my request without me having an appointment. I'm very appreciative of this, given that I live 45 minutes away, and this saved me gas and time. Thank you.
