Alex Utz, your general manager, is one of the most professional, together, helpful people i have ever had the pleasure of doing business. It is he, and he alone, who has forged a relationship with me and we have now done 4 transactions together over the last few years. If there were more than 5 stars I would give him more. Amazingly well run business.

They were very quick and immediate to respond to any email request, and when I arrived, they had the car pulled up and out of the rain, very attentive to every detail and request. AJ was very attentive to our needs, and was great to work with all the way through. He checked into anything that we inquired about as he made it very clear that he wanted to make sure that we were in the car that truly worked our needs. This is the second timer purchased from them, and it won’t be the last.

I have always had a good experience with BMW on Midlothian. However, the person who checked me in and kept me informed of how things were going with my car was exceptionally kind. He was courteous and made me feel valued as a customer/person waiting for the vehicle. My car was clean and ran very well after the work they did. I really appreciate Scott and the BMW team.
