Needed a tired fixed, tire was leaking air daily. Found out it had a nail in it. Order for tire placed on Tuesday, tire arrived Thursday afternoon and put on car Friday morning. Smooth, clean, and efficient service.

I am very pleased with the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived months before expected, pleasant surprise. Kirk my sales representative was very helpful during the entire receipt process. Have received several followup assistance calls. Kirk has stayed involved after the initial sale and delivery. This is the first new car that I have purchased with such great after sale/delivery service. I'm glad I decided to purchase my BMW at Richmond BMW.
