My last visit at the dealership was a good one. I had a good experience with the service advisor (s) who worked with me. The only recommendation I would make is that the wait time in the service area when I initially walked in was questionable. There was no "good morning," or anything and all I got after a bit of a wait is "someone will be with you shortly." It did seem rather rude to be standing there and guys just talking on the phone and/or walking by looking at you with no initial introduction. Thanks for the opportunity. This does not mean I will not go back again as the service itself was good.
