I had a wonderful experience purchasing my pre-owned 2021 BMW Z4 from Rebecca and Frank. I live out of state, and they made the buying and transportation process extremely easy. Our N54 had an oil leak..again. However, they were thorough and explained when it needed to be repaired. Appreciate the communication. From the intake service rep to the parts manager, everyone was very helpful.

All was excellent (Balaji was especially helpful and professional) the only exception was the BMW Genius. She either wasn’t sure about a number of items or shared wrong info. She also placed her iPhone in the hood of the new car.
