The Crown crew is very good at their job. I had an appointment for the service I needed and I was in and out in about an hour. The waiting area was very clean and not crowded. There was drinks and snacks while you wait.I was kept informed about the progress on my BMW and there was no surprises on the cost of things that were performed on my BMW. I like taking my car to BMW Midlothian, the service is great.
