Very friendly, not pushy staff. I especially appreciate the finance department working with my credit union on the financing I had in place and not trying to sell me on using one of their banks.

The service staff at BMW is fantastic! I took my car in for a hole in the tire and they squeezed it into their already busy schedule. The tire I needed was in stock and they got it replaced, did my inspection, and washed the car before they sent me on my way. I'm a very happy customer!
