Smooth and timely

Attendant kept me informed. Work was done on time. Car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up.

The entire car buying experience was awesome. I was kept informed of the production by Mr Kirk Randolph and also the online tool. Great!!

Overall, it was a good experience up until the end. We’re closing took way too long and was not a smooth process requiring me to go back to the dealership multiple times. Part of this had to do with your antiquated computer system that needs a massive upgrade as it kept failing.

The service was fast and accurate. They also provided a recommendation for an additional service that will be needed next time.

Matt is very knowledgeable and the couple of interactions I’ve had with the service department have been great.
