I brought my X3 in for an oil change, and the service consultant indicated that it was approaching 60K mile scheduled service. The service was going to take a bit longer than I had anticipated for oil change alone, but they were able to complete all work in less time than the revised estimate which ended up helping tremendously since I did not have to schedule 2 services.

There’s absolutely nothing negative I could ever say about BMW Midlothian. They took care of the maintenance on my vehicle and had it back to me before the predicted time. Excellent jobs guys, and keep up the excellent work. If I could give 10 STARS, I would!!!!!!!!!

State inspection/oil change

As always Lance took care of us! Only issue I would have is, I scheduled the car to be dropped earlier in the day for service. I did not receive an "Approval is Needed" email to approve the work to be performed until 3:36. It did not allow enough time for the car to get serviced that day. We had to rearrange our schedules to allow for service and pick up the next day.
